Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Freedom Wealth Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates freedomwealthlab.com. We take a simple position on privacy: we collect the minimum we need to run the site well, we never sell your personal information, and we explain everything we do collect in plain English on this page.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use the contact form or leave a comment, we collect whatever you include — typically a name, an email address, and your message. You are never required to provide personal information just to read the site.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, we use analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (search engine, social media, another site), what type of device and browser is used, and approximate location at the country or city level derived from IP address. This data is aggregated — we look at patterns across thousands of visits, not at individuals.
How we use your information
- Newsletter: to send you the emails you signed up for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- Site improvement: analytics tell us which topics help readers most, which pages need updating, and where the site is slow or broken.
- Responding to you: if you contact us, we use your details to reply — nothing else.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats) that set cookies to distinguish visits. Affiliate links on this site may set cookies so our partners can attribute a referral to us if you sign up — this is how reader-supported publishing works, and it does not give the partner access to your browsing on our site. If we introduce display advertising in the future, ad partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads, and we will update this policy accordingly. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site remains fully readable without them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the site function — our hosting provider (WordPress.com/Automattic), our email delivery service, and our analytics providers — each of which processes data under its own privacy safeguards and only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of others.
Data retention and security
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete it from our active list when you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security (encryption in transit, access controls), but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data — including under the GDPR (EU/EEA and UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). These include the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page — we respond to all verified requests, regardless of where you live.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, if we add advertising or new tools. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
